Deep eko-efficient impregnation

Deep eco-efficient impregnation (wood preservation) is a process that achieves full penetration of protective agent (preservative) into the entire wooden structure, regardless of its thickness and/or shape. The process takes place in a special chamber (autoclave), of maximum length of 9m, using a vacuum of -0.99 (almost absolute) for high-pressure injection of a preservative in a cross-section of wood (from 9-15 bars). This treatment achieves moisture resistance (rotting) and insects resistance (weevils, longhorn beetles, vinegar flies, etc.) in a time of at least 30 years in terms of external usage of wood (benches, poles, fencing, decking for patios and walkways, bridges, vineyard pillars, hail net pillars, etc.). For internal usage of impregnated wood (roof structures, binders, stairways, decking, flooring, joinery, furniture, etc.) this period is about 100 years. The preservative has the fire retardant component which increases fire resistance of wood 2.5 times. We use only the highest quality preservatives from the world's leading manufacturers.
